Complain against Uber eats for no ways to reach customer support

I ordered from Uber eats on 6th july 2019 and I was not satisfied with the service so I tried to reach their customer support which is apparently unavailable. They do not provide any platform for customer service. It's as if my right to be heard is violated and I am really upset about it. I have tried the numbers provided online as well which serves only United States customers. If they are doing business in new Delhi India, they better have a customer relationship platform as well.
