Unable to return my Myntra product as delivery boy didn't came for pickup

I am very old customer of Myntra but this time really really disappointed . I ordered mast and harbour shoes from Myntra . After the delivery I didn't like the fit of shoes , so I place a return request but no one came for pickup . In status it shoes pickup on hold. After that many times I called customer care regarding the same but everything they keep on saying we will resolve the issue soon but I didn't receive any response from them. Now in status it shows return window closes. After that I never buy anything from Myntra for sure and Myntra you definitely loose one customer . Also I will ensure no one from my family also buy anything from you
