Uber eats India Order cancelled in spite my waiting

Dear sir

Would like to know you the incident. I placed food order online via Uber eats App.
Item - Doodh motipak. It's a finished product. Still as per process after booking and placing order, at 7:10pm(approx), app showed
1. Confirming order.
2. After confirming order it showed preparing order.
And estimate order arrival time 08:05pm.
As it was finished product I was confident of receiving order by mentioned time.
But to My surprise I didn't received order and even at 8:15pm it showed arrival time as 8:05 only. I was shocked/surprised. I tweeted about this to UBER directly. Uber cleverly changed arrival time to 8:55pm.

Still I had no issue. Again at 9pm they updated order will arrive at 940pm. One simple order that too finished item, they just need to deliver, which UBER have done in past. But this time they are dragging. I was wondering.

Still I had no complaints. But to My surprise they cancelled it without asking me. This made be frustrated and made me to take this step.

Online vendor is trying too play with customers sentiments, love, and emotions. Which is not acceptable. Request you to kindly intervene here. If customers cancel the order they leave a Charge on customer. Why not give versa.
