Not refunding amount for order - Right Belief Paper & Stationer's PVT LTD Kanpur

I ordered 200000 jk easy copier 70 gsm
Reams to above company.I deposited amount in company's SBI Account

company confirmed my order on 2.8.18
And provide order no 24719 and mentioned 20-25 working day for delivery in Proforma invoice.
They did not delivered till 25 sept 2018 and then they cancelled my order.

After cancellation they send me PDC of Rs 1928500/- for dated 18.10.18.
That cheque bounced due to insufficient balance.
After that they send me e mail on 24.8.18 that they have stopped that cheque in bank and aware me that new cheque of hdfc bank will be send to me.
Till date I have not received my refund amount of Rs 1900000/-.
Please take proper action and help us in refunding our amount with interest.
