Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: June 22, 2021
Ordered 4 Kurtis from the Trousme website. Received one terrible quality Kurti that does not even match the order I placed. It came with an old pillow cover.
Instead of the 4 Kurtis, what we received is a poor Kurti and a pillow cover.
Now we cannot find the website to write to their "customer care" and all call lines appear busy. This website seems to have scammed several people. Hope this issue gets addressed and we can return the package and get a refund.
