I ordered a wrist watch worth ₹1499.I received that order and found the packaging was very poor. The product provided is different from what it was shown in pictures. When I tried to contact them it had no response on any numbers provided. I launched a complaint on provided email I'd also but no response. The phone numbers are invalid or not picking up.

The product was delivered by BlU DART so I reached out to them for contacting the seller. But they won't provide any details.
