Complaints against myntra for sending Different products

I ordered one watch from myntra on 27 December 2020 and myntra delivered watch on 3 jan 2021 to me.when I returned this product then myntra not accepting my return request. I ordered fossil watch and they delivered rado watch.Today 12 days complete and myntra not taken any action against it. I continuously called myntra but they everytime say sorry and our team is working on it and please give 24 hours.
I am calling and mailing myntra every single day but they are not accepting my return everytime they cancle my request.
Return policy of products is 30 days.
