Complaint against Store Hatke for providing a downgraded product

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: December 27, 2020
I have received the wrong product(mini shoulder bag) and it does not match the description on the website (not even 1%; it is apparent that the product ordered does not match the product delivered). I have mailed on mail id - Baileykartcare@gmail.com but have not received any response.

It is been a week since the incident and no resolution of the issue in hand. Google search led me to similar complaints from the online vendor.

Kindly revert and initiate a refund at the earliest.
