the product shown in picture v/s the product received in real was totally different

i have made an order from www.thesari.in on 1st february which i got it delivered today.
i got confirmation call for the respective product. the order id was #3063 and product was Haute Chikankari Lehenga. the product was shipped by ekart logistics and payment mode was COD. the product shown in picture and the one i received was hell different. when i m trying to reach that site for exchange or return it is showing the ip address could not been found and the contact no. is switched off from which i got confirmation call.
