Order not delivered after 17 days

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: October 16, 2019
I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 30 September. They expected to deleivered it between 2 and 3 October 2019. Even they didn't shipped and packed product. I talked many times with customer care executive but they didn't resolved my problem and giving false promises to deleivered earlier at possible. But after 17 days I didn't get nothing.please solved my problem.
