Complaint for pantallon online team for not responding on mails of return and refund and not refund

had ordered 2 products from online pantallon which were shipped but later on when i have checked about return policy i was not satisfied as incase i will not like the product my money will not be refunded to my bank account hence at the time of delivery i refused to take products and asked courier person to cancel the order. then i received a call from pantallon team for confirmation of cancellation which i confirmed to cancel the order. but after 3 days this order was bymistake delivered to me as one of my another order from another website was about to come from same service, my office staff taken this product bymistake assuming it was another one which was about to come. when i seen the box i came to know this wrong product is delivered which was originally cancelled by me but pantallon team has delivered to me. now then i raised return request for which return pick up is already done 3 days back but i cannot see any changes on pantallon online about my return order. i had done multiple mails and call too but no response has been received. i want you people to resolve my issue and refund my money to my bank account. i do not want any pantallon credit as mistake is of pantallon team they delivered cancel order and i am not going to shop ever from pantallon and will not at all recommened pantallon to anyone. you people has wasted my Rs 1200 and not refunding my money. products are already returned and return pick up is already done 3 days back, now refund my money to my bank account not as pantallon credit.
