Club factory a online shopping company, mentioned n sponsored by other social networking applications such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
So i purchased few things as shown in their application.
And i made the payment of Rs 5000 approx.
When i got my orders, products are very different ,cheap quality and defective,which is absolutely different as shown by club factory application.
I called them, asked them to refund my amount but they refused it.
I told them that i returned every thing.
Still they didn't refund my whole amount.
When i asked them to transfer my call to their senior,they always put my call on hold.
First call- 27 minutes wait
Second call-30 minutes wait
Third call- continuous.

So i have few names of club factory agents who were involved in this scam.

Lokesh is the manager.

They have their setup in Bangalore near kamraj place.

Agent refused to tell his office address when asked continuously.

After this i checked thousands of review where people are completely unsatisfied with this company n some of them asked to report about this scam.
