Dear Sir/ Madam,
Sorry to say but MedLife is having THIRD CLASS SERVICE I have ever seen.
My Registered Mob No.is 9960073474
I had planned order on 28th April and done Payment as well on same day which has confirmed by Medlife Customer care executive as well. AWB NO.8511391824.
When I got message on 2nd May that your parcel is out for delivery, They have mentioned you have to pay complete amount and in same way Courier person has asked for the money against the delivery.
Finally he had not delivered the product.
After every day No. Of calls to Customer help desk of Medlife.
Everyone was telling that we have registered the complaints and today you will get the delivery but every time IT FAILED.
Today 5th May, Again I got call from courier vendor that if you pay complete amount then only we will deliver the product else you can cancel the Order.
He said we have not received any confirmation from Med life regarding your payment. And finally they have NOT delivered the medicine today as well.
Please suggest, Why should I not go further to Consumers Court for COMPLAINT??????
I have waste my time and Efforts to get the medicine.
As No one is responding proper and every time I am getting false commitment. If I already paid then why courier person is asking complete amount????...?
You are not dealing in Electronics or grocery that If delivery can postpone, Your people/vendors are forgetting that you are dealing in medicine and how important is it's availability to the patients.
