Amazon Refund amount got credited from the account and order got cancelled.

I have made shopping transaction on 10th Oct 2018 from Amazon.
Some problem occurred and my money got credited from the account and order got cancelled.
I have spoken to Amazon customer care, they have said that the money has been revered back into my account on 15th October 2018.
Amazon has given refernce number 732904.
I haven't received the amount yet.
I have visited and called SBI customer care, but they are not helping in this issue.
Request you to please guide me how should I put an complaint.
