Missing Food Items Uber Eats, I have been facing this problem since last 2 times

I have been facing this problem since last 2 times. I order food from uber eats app. i get missing item. I contact their customer service , i tell them that i got missing item and i even send them photo of proof. They replay to me and i quote "Hi Yash, we're sorry to hear that there were items missing from your order. However, your current account status shows a high credit activity in the past as a result of which we are unable to do any adjustments for this order." I am not some petty guy who just take free food. Whenever i got some damaged or undercooked or overcooked items. I informed them with a proof. And now they can't help me. I even asked them to deliver the item i paid for. But they said no. This is harresment.
