I am facing problem to get refund amount of my mobile handset order ID 6431448871 that was returned on 9th Nov-18. Actually i purchased two items from Paytm during 1st week of Nov-18,details as per below 1 Mobile Handset Order ID 6431448871 2 Extension Board Order ID 6447294726. Mobile handset is picked up on 9-Nov-18 via bluedart, slip is also provided, but got refund of Rs. 119 on 10-Nov-18 of Extension board that is not still not returned and still with me.i am following up since mobile handset picked up date,all communication via mail and paytm 24/7 customer is attached
