Cash Refund issue with amazon.in online shopping site

If i cancel my order in Amazon ,how many days..my rs is refund in my acount. Last time i placed a order (data cabel) rs 150..but my order not get me..and aprox 30 days my..rs is refund in my acount..

    I had purchased VIP luggage from vip store (VIP WORLD, CRYSTAL BAGS, PPN MARKET KANPUR) on 18th August 2018. At that time, it had been informed by the store sales person that there is a offer by sbi that if you pay through sbi debit card , you will get 5% cash back on a single bill of rs 8000 or above. Just to avail this offer, I had purchased one passport pouch along with one vip suitcase. My total bill value was 9,015/-.After few days, when I called vip store just to take information about that offer. The store person informed me that the cashback will be received within 60 days after the expiry of offer (i.e., within 60 days after 31st August) . He even sent me the pic of terms and conditions document.Now after 64 days...till date, I have not received any cashback in my account. When I call vip store , they say it will be given by bank pls call SBI customer care and when I call SBI customer care, they say they don't have any information regarding this kind of offer. A reputed company vip is now misleading the customers in the name of bank just to make money.
