Get returned all my Payment done to paytm to my bank account according to RBI rule, not in paytm wal

I have bought a laptop bag fro PayTm Mall, which is defective. I have paid 695 from my debit card in which 200 Paytm cash has been cash backed in paytm wallet. As the product is defective so I returned back the product.

Now my complain is if I have paid 695 Rs.for the product I should returned back 695 to my bank account not 495. As if product is defective and I returned back then my cash back should be automatically deducted to my wallet and added to my bank account.

This is a policy of e commerce sites to send defective product so that it can be promote wallet money instead of indian currency. So, I should get returned all my Payment done to paytm to my bank account according to RBI rule, not in paytm wallet.
