i had bought samsung galaxy on NXT (order no. - OD113964028368050000). phone charging jack is not working properly i bought it delivered on 22nd nov. had a word with flipkart executive they are saying replace policy was valid till 2nd dec. i was trying to call on 2nd dec but due to heavy traffic their no. was getting busy. now i want either replacement or refund.
