Refund not initiated even after reverse pick up .

I ordered the product for 14 inches planter pot it was 7 day returnable but I received the product I.e pot in 12 inches and among that 2 were defective. I request for reverse pick up but several times they cancelled the reverse pick.Lastly they picked the pick from ecom express on 9th January 2021 and in awb tracking its showing product has been delivered to the seller.After so many mail I did several calls to meesho customer care they did not refun my money.Each day when I gave mail they send me mails to wail for 4 days.I have shared each and everything but they didn't do anything regarding this matter. Again and again they are sending only mails.Product code is 752259487.I ordered the pro for my father Kamal Singh. Am totally annoyed from their behavior They even told false that my mobile is switched off.I have even told they give me one fixed
to refund but now I feel myself cheated by these people.
