Hello. I have placed an otder two times via instagram with a cosmetics seller. Turned out that the sEller was fake and even after continuos followup. I have never got a reply . Place an order for 1120 rs. While checking the account I found out few other ppl complaining about the same . They r fraud n they shud learn a lesson. Pls help.
