AMAZON NOT REFUND MY MONEY

dear sir i was order on amazon.in on 30 jun 2020.
4july 2020 i was cancelled order becouse i was going to my hometown.
after it they didn't refund me i was called to customer care they tell me wait for 5 days i was wait. after 5 days i call then they denied to give refund.
i asked them why you not refund my money then they said we can't tell you all details but we will not refund you.
i said i will complaint on you.
they said go and file complant.
i am paying 36% interest on my credit card bill from 6 july 2020
