महोदय,
मैंने 04जून2019 को paytm से redmi y3 मोबाइल फोन ऑर्डर किया[ order 8357040173] ,जिसके डिलीवरी पैकेज में मोबाइल फोन नही था ,सिर्फ उससे जुड़ा चार्जर usb, sim injector pin मौजूद था,
लेकिन मोबाइल फोन गायब था, paytm से संपर्क करने पर पहले उनके द्वारा 10 दिनों का समय माँगा गया फिर पैकेज condition का स्नैपशॉट भी मांगा,
समय पर समय देने के बाबजूद मुझे मेरा मोबाइल फोन अभी तक नहीं मिला है।
उनके द्वारा बिना किसी ठोस पुस्टि के बताया जाता है, मुझे पैकेज में मोबाइल फोन के साथ बाकी सभी सामान उपलब्ध मिले है।
जो बिलकुल गलत है ,डिलीवरी के समय मैने डिलीवरी बॉय से पैकेट फटे होने का कारण भी पूछा लेकिन उसके द्वारा नज़रअंदाज कर दिया गया,
मेरे प्रूफ मांगने पर उनके द्वारा हमेशा एक ही बातों को दोहराया जाता है ,
फोन पैकेज से गायब था और मेरे लाख प्रयाश पर भी उनके द्वारा कोई प्रतक्रिया नहीं मिल रही है
आपसे अनुरोध है आप इसकी अपने स्तर पर जांच करें, और मेरे रूपए वापस करवाने में मेरी सहायता करें।
