I, Nisha Rani Jain had ordered RAJMANDIRFABRICS Women's Cotton Embroidered Straight Kurta Pant & Dupatta Set
Order date 27-Jan-2023
received on 29/1/2023 from Amazon and due to fitting issues I asked for its return on 29/1/2023 itself.
On 30/1/2023 it was picked up by Amazon person.

He did not even open the packet,just took it and went away.
When I didn't receive it's refund amount, I called at customer care ,first I was told that it has been picked up but has not received warehouse.As soon as it will reach warehouse house, they will process refund.
But after waiting,I again called customer care.
I have been calling and even talking to their senior, every time I am told donot worry ,back end team will sort it out.

Last week I talked to a senior lady at Amazon customer care and she told me that they have identified that person and they are keeping an eye on him and that I will definitely get my refund by Saturday.

They say for security and feedback purpose calls are recorded,you can ask for recording with the customer care executive and their senior with me.

What the backend team doing,I have no idea. One month is quite a long time to resolve this Issue. I am customer to Amazon for quite long.You can check my shopping history and I have never complained for any issue.But now I am loosing my trust in Amazon India.

Getting fed up,I am escalating my issue to you hoping my refund ASAP.
