Dear Team IB,

We had placed an order for two Fellowes Galaxy 500 (Electric Punching) Comb Binder on 17th Feb 2023 vide order no. 1022768457 after confirming with your representative Mr. Shantimoy on whatsapp. Whatsapp chat is attached for your perusal.

We kept waiting for the machines but we never received the machines the next day.

On trying to reach the representative on whatsapp we didn’t get any response. Everytime all we got was this message.



On Monday 21st Feb 2023 we were approached by Mr Gulshan Mudgal ( +91 74281 44293 ) and he confirmed that the vendor had the machines and they will be delivered to us latest by Thursday 23rd Feb 2023 / Friday 24th Feb 2023.

On calling Mr Gulshan Mudgal today Friday 24th Feb 2023 he feigned and showed no knowledge and disconnected the phone even after we call him many times. We also chatted with him on Tuesday 20th Feb 2023 ( Chat Attached ) and he confirmed that the machines will be delivered to us latest by Thursday 23rd Feb 2023 / Friday 24th Feb 2023.

We have no update from Industry Buying and we paid Rs.83,800/- in advance to Industry Buying which is 25% higher than the market price as we needed the machines urgently.

Industry Buying and it’s representatives have let us down and are sitting on our hard earned money. Seems Industry Buying is a scam and there only job is to mislead customers and usurp their money.

We want the machines today Friday 24th Feb 2023 failing which Industry Buying shall have to make good our money alongwith interest and damages and we shall take any and all recourse required for the same.

Awaiting a response from Industry Buying asap and hoping we don’t have to take coercive action.
