Ajio deducted my money from my paytm wallet and now not refunding

Ajio deducted my money from my paytm wallet in the name of an order on 11th of August at 7:56 pm. They deducted money but didn't proceed for the order. I do a transaction ID. Its is clearly showing that the amount has been successfully received in the Ajio account. Neither they proceed for the order nor refunded my amount
