Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: June 30, 2023
I have ordered 25 th june online a combo pack. Which was two headphone of the Boat company.order confirmed through mail id. Order received today morning by delivery boy. I have payment 1599 by online ( delivery boy mobile scanner). After open the pack I see this is a different product. I called the delivery boy , he told I don't know, you return by online. There bis no return option.company name electronic mart. Ph number not valid. I have mailed but no response.
Plz help me .
