Dear sir I am Sanjoy Kumar Mohanty from Rourkela I booked a data cable from Paytm Mall on 11th May 19 having order number 8213 901 637 but it is a defective one when I try to return it the Paytm Mall customer care refusing for the riverse pickup please help me how to return it the price of the data cable is Rs199/
