Products return and cash refund

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: December 22, 2019
Hi, we ordered kitchen queen 43 pcs but we not received complete set and the product is very small in size. The order number is 63720168 & involve number 932L000845120. We received the order on 6th Dec19 then had compiled on 7th. The Naptol personal said that they will return and refund the amount but now they are not returned and refund.

Hope this platform will protect our right.
