i was seeing purchase of headphone but when inter card no and date without one time password my amounting Rs 3012.20 is diducted from my credit card and after surching one email received but request for cancellation but not response in this regard

    I ordered 4 packages of Carnival tomato seeds back in May of 2018 and my card has been charged for $38.92 but I've never received my tomato seeds. Here's what the reply email from my purchase looks like below.
