Complaint Against FLIPKART, Sold Defective Mobile

I had purchased LENOVO K6 POWER online through FLIPKART on 9th April 2017 against order no. OD108806923633478000 ,

After using this mobile few days, I realized it is faulty set, It is having faulty battery which do not have any battery life and also it heats very much.

I called up their FLIPKART customer care and they told me to show it to their service centre in my area.

Why FLIPKART should not return back the faulty set and either provide me refund or another set.

It seems that do not bother to take the responsibility of selling faulty cheap mobiles.\

Please help to resolve the issue.
