Sir/Madam,i placed an order on 24 june 2017 on a snap deal.my order id is -19336271267.i would like to buy the jeans of Lee. Which is of 1,112 rupees.it is dilivered to me on 27 june 2017.when i cheked the clothe of this product is very faded and rough and it is not my size the product is in big of size. Suddenly i placed a returned and refunded order regarded to my delivered product and the ID is 42677442 . and on this response the conpany call me and said that it can not be refunded and returned. When i was call on the customers care then they say that your account is blocked by the company and you have to mail on help@snapdeal.com ,so i send an mail in which i requested for returned they also reply the same as previous you can't be returned this . so please i want to be your help in this because the amount of this product is not less its too much high and the product is waste . if the company delivered the wrong and fake items so this us fault of costumers or company. I want to returned my order and refund my full amount.
