Order Not Received Even After Payment, placed a shoe order from Myntra.com

On 26th June 2017, I have placed a shoe order from Myntra.com, Order No: 1050346-1639628-8386601
Product Code: 1063982. I have already done payment for this product.

Even after multiple followups they have not delivered my product.I have also registered a complaint no 170710007125 but nothing done so far. Not getting any satisfactory response from Myntra. Everytime they gave me new delivery date. It has already been 20 days. They are neither cancelling this order nor giving me refund of my money paid against the order.
