Hello,

I have ordered LG 43LH576T TV from Paytm on 21 dec2016 for total price of Rs. 39089, order number - order id 2431855070 .
The transaction was successful and got sms stating will be receiving my item between 26Dec2016 to 29Dec2016.
Unfortunately, I have not received the ordered product and raised a ticket (ticket number 16251619) on 29Dec2016 asking about it.
Paytmcare answer was “cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances” and then they refunded the money.
Now the problem is

1) PayTM Cancelled order without any information
2) Now the Product cost is increased
3) I could have bought from other sources on the same day

I need compensation at least = todays rate (approx. Rs. 42000) – ordered amount (Rs. 39089)
