Online purchase goods not delivered mother money refund

there was an advertisement in times og india, gujarat edition on 10 th september 17 about an online shopping company hypermarkeykart.com. we made an order of ₹3737 by making prepayment through credit card
My order is in the name of Shivangi Gupta, Vadodara, order no.is 100001574. The company has not delivered the order and their phone call is switched off and there is no response of email also. I made a complaint on national consumer forum of your ministry also but it seems ministry site is having some problem and status is not shown
It is a fraud company and has cheated thousands of customers. The company name and address are given below

I request u to take action from your ministry and help in refund of our hard earned money. I request that when GoI is promoting e commerce and digital payment, govt should check such fraud companies and take strict action. Pl investigate.
