Hi, this is regards to complaint against lifestyle online store. I had ordered a pair of footwear. I received and checked the quality and size, they were not up to the mark that is why next day itself I requested for the refund. This item was collected from me on 31st may'2017 and since 2nd june'2017 I have been following up. Now after so much follow up, the team told me that me that the money will not be refunded and item will be returned to me.
It has been 2 months, neither my money nor the item has been returned. They say the footwear is used, if that is the issue still I should have received the footwear. Kindly help.
