Moto G5 PLus Replacemnet complain against Flipkart.com

I bought recently purchased MOTO G 5 Plus (Order ID: OD308645806423701000) with so much excitement. Within a week of purchase, the phone has cracking sound from the speaker. I read the information sheet and decided to call your customer service department. After a long exercise they have arranged technician visit to my location.Technician has visited and diagnosed the phone, and confirmed the speaker is faulty. After this horrible experience with flipkart, I requested to your customer service folks to ship the phone with grey colour. They have clearly denied quite an unprofessional way.I want replacement with grey colour otherwise pls refund the ammount.
