Not giving refund back by Ontique is an apparel store which is into funny business

Fraudsters!!!! Cheaters!!! Ontique is an apparel store which is into funny business.
I had ordered a black bodycon dress on 14th
August 2017.As per order made, I asked them for my dress but they didn't deliver my dress at all.
The store owner told me that due to some transit problem they couldn't deliver the dress at Delhi.However,they would refund my money which they didn't.
It's been 3 to 4 weeks I haven't got my refund of Rs.1040/-.When I call them on their customer care number I get no response.

I had a very harrowing experience with them.I have done a big mistake trusting Ontique as a customer.I would commend everyone not to buy any clothes from their website as they are cheating the customer.
