Not refunding money after receiving purchase return.

I have Purchased two pairs of shoes along with other items but return both of the shoes as per company norms as on 11.01.2017.the courier partner also deliver the item on 20.01.2017 to them but till now they have not refunded my money to me and also not giving me satisfactory answer to me.the return id is-20078970 & 20078693 respectively.whenever i called them they only reply that we are looking into the matter, but doing nothing.
Kindly do the needful.
