I ordered a dress from a site named shopping session on instagram. I got the product but it wasn't as I expected. So I asked for return and she asked me to courier it to her and she told me to choose any other dress. I chose a dress and asked her whether this dress's quality would be good or not. Then she sent me the real dress pic which wasn't at all good as compared to the price so I asked to return my money. And now she is not returning my money. And asking me to take any other dress but not a single dress quality is up to the mark. And at the time when I was ordering she didn't mentioned that no return or refund policy or the material nd colour may differ from the pics. I need help. The dress is not at all good and she isn't returning my money.
