I have order some beauty products from a Instagram page called handmade_beauty on 13 January 2020 of rs 1200. I paid total amount on the very same day to her bank account through bheem UPI. She said to send my order within 10 working days. After 10 days i send her massages asking for shipment details but she did not responding even once. And now she blocked me. Please help me. Ask her to send my order as soon as possible.
