Complaint against Flipkart regarding not delivery of my product on time and still after 15 days they

I've placed an order of Epson Printer from "Flipkart" using the mobile app on 14th Oct-19 and the day when I was placing the order as per the "Flipkart" they were going to deliver the printer by 17th Oct-19, which I haven't received till date 30-Oct-19 12:30 PM. I booked that printer for my business purpose and it was very beneficial for me during the Diwali festival but the "Flipkart" did not provide me the product on the promised date and I've got a big loss in my business. I've also raised my complaint on its customer care team on 18th Oct-19 but I did not get any single update from the team since 24-Oct-19, Again I call to customer care on 24th Oct-19 and the response from the Level 1 employee to Level 4 Sr. Manager of customer care was same "We don't have any idea of your product, your complaint registered on 18th and Even we are sure when your product will deliver". The whole customer support was "Zero" in my case. In fact, one lady on Level 3 in customer care was talking very loud and in a frustrating manner. Today its 30-Oct-19 and I did not receive my product. I am running with my business loss, my money stuck which I've paid to Flipkart. Now I don't know what to do.
