Complaints against SRL Limited for not issuing bill for home collection charges and blood test repor

The company has denied issuing bill / receipt for home collection charges. Also, they have not generated report for the blood test ordered through mobile application under order no.MSF002694 for which sample was collected on 14th June 2019. However, they have collected the full payment for the same. On repeated reminder on their call Center, they have failed to resolve the issue and have repeatedly denied issuing receipt for home collection charges. In the interest of nation and to discourage payments without receipt / bill and to avoid money laundering, I am making this complaint. Kindly help !!!
