Dear Sir/Madam

I seek your kind intervention in the subject matter against Flipkart. They are continuously giving false assurances regarding refund of laptop which was ordered vide no OD116074829500677000. Model HP15Q core i5 8th gen. Purchase cost Rs 42740.00


On 1st Aug 2019, I received mail from flipkart that they want to raise FIR against their seller for delivering faulty products. I gave my consent to proceed with whatever formality but refund my money.

They asked me to wait till next 4 business days. When I didn't receive any update I follow up with them and finally they send me mail that refund is accepted. On 9th they confirmed that product will be pickedpicked by 13thAug2019.But no one came till 18th Aug and I had to make continous follow ups and product got delivered by 18th Aug2019.

Since then, flipkart stopped giving any positive update and they just gave false assurances on my refund.

Their delivery team didn't accept my return and they didn't forward the product to seller.

Finally after 20 days, the faulty laptop was again given back on 11.9.19

I have no options left but to seek help of consumer forum to help me in giving refund to my laptop.

Its wasting my time and am feeling frustrated and harassed.

They even blocked my flipkart id so that I could not raise complaint.

I put it on Twitter but no response.
