Non-refund complain to CILORY.COM for placed the order on CILORY.COM on 16th January, 2018

I placed the order on CILORY.COM on 16th January, 2018. In this order two semi stitched suits were purchased. But due to size problem, I initiate request return for both the items and I received the message from Cilory to pick up the both items on 20th Jan.'18 at 7.51 AM. After pick up both the items, I received another message on the same day at 14.29 PM in which one of the product name " MAISHA MAROON SEMI STITICHED" was mentioned.
When I inquired from Cilory for refund of both the items, customer service representative said me that I have some sent ( purple color jacket against Suit ). The courier service is from Cilory side both dropping and return pick up for the customers. Courier boy checked the items before picking the returned items from the picture of the items in his mobile.

I think this is the mistake of courier service or Cilory warehousing department. This is not my mistake. I returned correct item as mentioned in the above mentioned message. This suit price is Rs.3599/-. I have hard earned money not for wastage.

I request you to kindly take strict action against CILORY AND SHADOWFAX COURIER SERVICE.

Both companies are fraud and cheating the innocent public. I also request you to take action for ban on online shopping on Cilory website.
