Non delivery of online order

The website summermela.in has taken money from me for 2 orders(see screenshot). My order has not been delivered. My money has not been refunded. The customer care email is not responding. And now both the facebook page and website are no longer available. Please help me get the refund of the mentioned amount.(940+1225)
