Complaint against Delhivery regarding non delivery of my order and the delivery guy is prank calling

I ordered 4 binoculars from OPENCHO and the courier partner is Delhivery. Now it's been over 3 weeks and way past promised delivery date and non of them is helping me. The delivery person came with only 1 of the 4 binoculars I paid for, so I refused to accept the delivery. Now Delhivery is just delaying the delivery for the next day everyday and the delivery guy keeps calling me laughing in the phone and hanging up.

    Hello team,
    I have been facing issue with my orders delivery from delivery agent in my area. It's been 7 months I'm working from home and due to this I've been ordering required things from Amazon. The delivery person in my area always returns my order and refusing door step delivery. He gives pranks calls and lies into statement of delivery that I'm rescheduling the delivery and after 3-4 days order returns to seller. I have already raised many complaints against this but neither Amazon nor ecomexpress is taking any action against this. He is willing doing this and returning all my orders without delivery. I'm getting very frustrated and mentally disturbed with this. I don't know what should I do as I don't see any other ways to solve this issue. kindly help.

    I have order waterproof raincoat dtd. 23 rd may. My order no. 3050 delivered msg received on 24 th may. We have not received till date. Kindly confirm when you delivered done by order?.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Anisha Dasgupta, residing at behala, kolkata. I do re sailing business and in this connection I had booked a product through DELHIVERY Courier and tracking number of the same is 4668012008521. As per their online status it was showing that the expected date of delivery of the item-04-10-2021. And I had waited till 11-10-21 then I as per their online status I had visited to theri DANKUNI WAREHOSE, but unfortunately no body helps me to delivery my product and not even they could not let me know the approximate date of delivery of the item.
    In this condition I am felling very helpless and I dont understand what should I do.
