Complaint against Bergner India for not refunding my money for past 1.5 months

I have purchased an order and received my order #11958_20082136, Grill Pan on 27-August-20. Due to size to be very large to fit into my induction cooktop had requested initiate a return pick up and refund. Initially, due to COVID-19 their term with courier service has to be renewed. Once they fix up with courier service, Bergner India will arrange a return pickup. After my repeated calls and emails a return-pickup was arranged on 24-Sep-20 by Bergner India. But till now they have not refunded my money. Asking me wait till the product gets returned to them.
The returned item is at Greater Thane Delhivery Facility from 27Sep20.. Tracking No. 6925210000055, https://www.delhivery.com/. After then there has been no further movement nor Bergner India at Mumbai is taking any action or talking to their courier services. Intimated Bergner about delay in their courier service arranged by them, but they have block my money and not releasing it. It's their courier services, arranged by them and I am not at any fault. They give me reasons that we have shortage of staff and we work from home, will let you know when we will be initiating the release your refund amount.
It's past 1 month 10 days when I wrote a mail to Bergner India for return and refund and today is 5-Oct-20, till now they have not released my money.
Kindly, take strict actions against such fraudsters who are taking COVID-19 as an excuse and are blocking people money and not refunding them back even after the product is returned back from the consumer end.
