My FlipKart account has been locked without any reason.

I am not able to access my Flipkart account since last one month.
I have contacted to customer care since last month and also raised a complained but i did not get any resolution.
There team just dropped a mail and said "We'd like to let you know that your recent order ( OD116109701325076000 ) has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. ".
On which parameter you have decided that item purchased by me are usually not intended for personal use.I always order product for my personnel use and using this account from last 5 years.
They had also cancelled my order,i had ordered deodorant.
