Flipkart.com Wrong rejection of old laptop for exchange

I booked a laptop from Flipkart with good exchange offer.
My laptop was rejected by the FLIPKART executive. When I enquired about the reason for rejection the reason given to me was that laptop has physical damage. But I sent pics of my laptop to Flipkart's customer care explaining them that there is no physical damage. But Flipkart didn't took any action.
It was an unethical practice followed by Flipkart as they rejected my old laptop which do not have any physical damage.As my laptop was meeting all the conditions mentioned by the Flipkart so they should have exchanged the laptop. I have emails and screenshot of conditions mentioned in Flipkart's site.i am attaching the screenshot of chat with Flipkart customer care where they have mentioned the reason of rejection of exchange as body damage. And I am also attaching the image of my laptop.
